Clint Buck

Clint is a civil litigation attorney and focuses his practice on real estate matters. He joined TEAMability’s Board in 2016 and has served as chair since 2017. Clint lives in Boerne with his wife Macie and son Adler. He serves on the Board to further his lifelong passion for seeing individuals with disabilities find success and enjoyment in their lives.

Hondo Webb

Vice Chair, VP Commercial Loan Officer, Lone Star Capital Bank, N.A.

Hondo was born in Malawi, Africa and grew up in Denison, TX. Hondo has always had a passion for working with children and adults with disabilities. Growing up, he was involved in the Special Olympics and after college he worked in a physical therapy clinic for almost two years. In his words, “TEAMability is an organization I am passionate about and I have proudly served on the board for almost 5 years.”

Yvonne Katz

From Baytown Texas, Yvonne was a special education teacher before becoming Special Education Director in Northside ISD. She says, “I know what our special needs children must have in order to become independent adults and successful. Helping that to happen for our TEAMability children is paramount.

Tommy Washington

Senior IT professional and Chief Information Security Officer, IBC Bank

Tommy joined the Board in 2021. He says, “I am excited about the opportunities to help TEAMability continue to serve the needs of people with disabilities and their families in our community to reach their full potential.

Michael Gleespen

SVP, Chief Technology Office, Jefferson Bank

Mike is originally from Baltimore, Maryland but has spent 15 of the last 25 years in Houston and San Antonio. He is a career technology and operations executive, primarily in financial services. Mike was looking for an opportunity to assist and aid organizations that focus on providing services to those in need and was drawn to TEAMability because of its unique niche serving children with complex disabilities.

Lisa Mochel

SVP Treasury Management and Business Development Officer Lone Star Capital Bank

Lisa is from San Antonio and has been in the banking industry for over 30 years. One of Lisa’s passions is serving in her community. She was introduced to TEAMability by a friend and colleague and says after seeing the impact TEAMability has for individuals and their families “it was an honor to join the Board of this amazing non-profit organization in 2022. TEAMability truly challenges the assumptions that people place on others with disabilities or challenges.”

T.J. Edwards

CEO, Clear Integrity Group

T.J. joined TEAMability’s Board in 2022. His 30 year military brings leadership and a wide variety of skills to the Board. T.J.’s passion and energy to support TEAMability are contagious.

Steven Hutson, Jr.

Commercial Account Manager for First American Title National Commercial Services

Steve joined TEAMability’s Board in 2023. He has worked in a variety of engineering and real estate positions as well as being an entrepreneur. He is passionate about people both meeting them and helping them. Steve is ready to support TEAMability in its new phase of development.
